Problem: Your toes hit the front end of your shoes and your toenails are sore, discolored, and just plain ugly.
Solution Place a Tongue Pad on the inside of the shoe to prevent "toe Trauma". It will prevent the foot from sliding forward keep the foot positioned properly in the shoe. It will give your toes the proper space they need for comfort and health.
Problem: Back of shoe slips off your heel every time you take a step giving your blisters or calluses on your heels.
Solution Place Heel Grips inside the heel area of shoe to keep the foot positioned properly in the shoe & help grip and prevent the heel from sliding off.
Problem: After wearing dress shoes all day, your feet, legs & lower back ache and feel tired.
Solution Place Full Insole or ¾ Insole to absorb shock and cushion each step. This will help prevent fatigue on your feet, legs and lower back.
Problem: You buy a shoe that is cool but your foot is so wide you have to buy it a little longer than preferred.
Solution Place a ¾ Insole and a heel grip inside the shoe to fill extra space without crowding toes and prevent heels from slipping in and out of the shoe.
Problem: Your new dress shoes have slick soles which have no traction.
Solution Place Non Skids to the bottom of soles. The slip resistant all-weather tread helps to give you the grip you need & prevent slipping & sliding on any surface.

Enjoy Working Out, Don’t like Athletes Foot.
 

Don’t wear 100% cotton socks when working out, or walking because wet cotton inside a shoe is a breeding ground for bacteria and fungus.

It’s much better to wear a blend of cotton, nylon and spandex because the nylon will stay drier and the spandex will keep the shape to prevent blisters. Cotton is breathable but with these additions you’ll stay dry and comfortable.

Also if you add a full insole to your running shoes not only will it prevent shock to your ones and joints, but the CUPRON and Sorbtek will help kill odor, bacteria and keep feet cool and dry.
