All requests must be submitted on company letterhead and mailed to the corporate office address above or faxed to 310-202-9889 ATTN: DONATIONS REQUESTS.

Requests must be received 8 weeks before the date of the event and include the following information:

a) Tax ID Number
b) Date and location of event
c) Description of the event
d) Contact name, phone number and mailing address

Due to the large number of requests we receive monthly, we ask that all organizations allow for a 4 week turnaround time on request responses.
